To develop knowledge and skills in understanding and applying accounting standards and the theoretical framework in the preparation of financial statements of entities, including groups, and how to analyse and interpret those financial statements.

课程介绍

F7这门课主要是关于企业财务报告，主要有5部分构成：

The conceptual framework of accounting

The regulatory framework

Preparation of financial statements which conform with IFRS

Preparation of consolidation financial statements

Analysis and interpretation of financial statements

其中重点是企业单独和集团合并的财务报表，同时还有一些基本结构的概念、与对财务报告的数据分析，这两部分也不容忽视。

课程目的

To develop knowledge and skills in understanding and applying accounting standards and the theoretical framework in the preparation of financial statements of entities, including groups, and how to analyse and interpret those financial statements.

学习建议

F7学习心得：

要通过F7，需要对财务报表的结构、各个科目有足够的了解，同时熟练掌握书上所要求的计算方法、处理方法。在考试中，对题目的要求、所涉及的科目的快速反应需要足够的练习，练习跟上了，通过F7不是很困难的事情。

F7的考试技巧：

F7考试题型由原来5个大题变成了现有的20个选择题，3个大题。个人认为虽然选择题可能增大了考试范围，但是如果对知识掌握较好，选择题由于是客观题，也在某种程度上增加了考生的得分机会。大题考察点较为固定，对大题的固定思路要熟悉养成，增加阅读、计算速度对于通过F7由很大的帮助。
